Wanted New Jersey Man Found with $15,000 Worth of Drugs at the Time of His Arrest

A New Jersey man wanted in connection to an attempted murder was in possession of more than $15,000 worth of drugs at the time of his arrest.

38-year-old Shaheed Clark was also wanted for aggravated assault connected to a shooting that happened earlier this month. The attempted murder charged stemmed from a 2015 incident. At the time of his arrest, Clark had 1,438 envelopes of heroin, 325 vials of cocaine and 9,2 grams of marijuana. The drugs had a street value of $15,000 and Clark had $15,000 of cash on his person.

Clark faces several charges including drugs, weapons and the initial attempted homicide and aggravated assault charges.
